New Director Appointments

Capital Security Bank (“CSB”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Hawksworth and Mikhail Pugachev as Directors of the Bank.

Stephen Hawksworth is CEO and Executive Director of CSB Investors, the Group’s broker-dealer and online trading platform in Mauritius. He brings over 35 years’ experience in international financial services, including senior CEO and Board roles across global brokerage, trading and market infrastructure businesses. His expertise spans clearing, market structure, risk management, platform development, and the management of complex cross-border operations across multiple regulatory environments.

Mikhail Pugachev is Head of Business Development for CSB Investors Group and brings strong commercial expertise across client acquisition, partnerships and revenue growth within the Group’s financial services businesses.

These appointments strengthen CSB’s Board with additional hands-on expertise in cross-border financial services, platform growth and regulated markets, and further align the Bank with the Group’s strategic direction.

Since its acquisition by CSB Investors Group in 2022, CSB has continued to build momentum across client assets, banking products and services. The new appointments support the Bank’s continued focus on disciplined growth, Board-level oversight and the client service standards CSB is known for.
