Stephen is Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of CSB Investors, the Group's broker-dealer and online trading platform based in Mauritius. He brings more than 35 years of international financial services experience, including senior executive and Board roles across global brokerage, trading, clearing and market infrastructure businesses.

His expertise spans market structure, corporate governance, risk management, platform development, and the management of complex cross-border operations across the United Kingdom, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific and offshore financial centres.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) from Massey University, New Zealand.
