Steffi is an internationally-recognised lawyer and accredited mediator specialising in international dispute resolution. She has extensive experience in international arbitration and has played a key role in some of the world’s largest finance, banking, energy, and mining litigation and arbitration cases, often involving governments and quasi-governmental entities. She starter her career as in-house counsel for major technology and construction companies in Switzerland, United Kingdom, Japan, and United States, and was later a solicitor in private practice with Hogan Lovells (UK) and Pepe & Hazard (US).

Steffi has been managing partner of Global Resolutions Group, a niche law firm focused on international cross-border investments and global infrastructure projects, for more than two decades. She has acted as general counsel for Swiss and Swedish family offices, advising on investment banking exercises in real estate, the hospitality sector, pharma, and biotechnology, and as consultant for Kerman & Co. in London, joining Armstrong Teasdale LLP after the firms merged in early 2021. Currently, Steffi is Senior Consultant to Fladgate LLP, a leading UK law firm, and director of a Cayman private-markets regulated mutual fund. She specializes in international law, focusing on banking, tax, estate planning, and cyber security matters.
