Ngatokorua began her banking career immediately after high school, spending 11 years with ANZ Bank in the Retail division, where she developed a strong foundation in sales and customer service. In 2023, she joined Capital Security Bank as a Compliance Officer and, due to her expertise and dedication, was quickly promoted to Compliance Manager.

Throughout her career, Ngatokorua has built extensive knowledge in transactional banking, with a particular focus on cross-border payments, SWIFT processing, transaction monitoring, and regulatory compliance. Her commitment to upholding compliance standards and improving operational efficiency makes her a valuable asset to the financial services industry.
