Mikhail Pugachev is a Director at Capital Security Bank and Head of Business Development at CSB Group, responsible for driving commercial growth across the Group's regulated financial entities. With over 12 years of experience in regulated investment management, private capital markets, and cross-border financial services, Mikhail brings a broad institutional perspective to client relationships, strategic partnerships, and business development across multiple jurisdictions. Prior to joining CSB, Mikhail founded an FCA-regulated investment firm in London, which he built from inception to $300M AUM before a successful exit in early 2025.

Mikhail holds a master’s degree in international financial and political Relations from Loughborough University and a BA from King's College London and has completed executive programmes at Oxford's Saïd Business School and Imperial College Business School. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (MCSI) and works with clients and partners across the globe.
